We can provide a range of clearance options to include part clearance, garage and rubbish disposal and full house clearance

Here at the Saleroom we run a full House Clearance Service
Professional from start to finish. We are fully licensed waste carriers we only use recycle centres to dispose of goods. All quotes and home visits are free. Arranging a House Clearance is very simple!

STEP1 – Ring the Saleroom and arrange a Free quotation

STEP2 – One of the Team will visit your property. They will advise you on what can be disposed of and what may sell at the Auction.

STEP 3 – We will provide you with an immediate quote that will be valid for 3 months!

STEP 4 – Once a quote has been accepted we will arrange a suitable date. On the day of the Clearance the Team will remove all saleable items to the Auction room. All un-sellable items will be removed to the recycle centre

STEP 5 – We will then send you an Invoice for the Works carried out. Proceeds from any saleable items can be set against the costs

PRICING – We price clearances based on Time and weight
Prices given will exclude tipping price.

The Saleroom also caters for part clearances and Single items.
